Compliance Organization / Whistleblower System

Our company is part of the Oetker Group. Ethical and lawful behavior is of the highest priority for the Oetker Group in its own business operations and in its relationships with all business partners and customers. Due to the strong international growth of the Oetker Group and the increasing legal requirements, the topic of compliance has gained significant importance. Therefore, a Compliance Management System has been developed for the entire Oetker Group.

Within this system, a Compliance Organization has been established, whose Compliance Officers are available as neutral and independent contacts for any questions regarding compliance.

Furthermore, the Oetker Group has implemented a whistleblowing procedure that allows individuals, companies, and other organizations to report violations of applicable law (e.g., bribery, fraud, violations of human rights and environmental regulations), violations of the Oetker Group’s internal policies (e.g., Code of Conduct), violations of the Oetker Group Supplier Code of Conduct, or concerns regarding a potential or actual breach of these regulations.

For reports regarding possible legal violations involving an Oetker Group company, you have several options to submit your report—even completely anonymously via our Compliance Hotline system.

The following reporting channels are available:

  • Anonymous reporting via the Oetker Group Compliance Hotline: https://coho.oetker-group.com

  • Reporting by email to the Oetker Group Compliance Organization: compliance@oetker-group.com

  • Reporting by letter to:

  • Reports from Oetker Group employees to management, supervisors, the (Group) Compliance Officer, or other designated contacts of the respective subsidiary (e.g., during a personal meeting).

Within the framework of a procedure regulation, we have defined the internal responsibilities and the handling of reports and complaints.
