Brownie meets homemade vanilla ice cream
A moist brownie and creamy vanilla ice cream are both pretty irresistible on their own. Here you can get both as a DIY dessert to make yourself: a 20 x 18 cm brownie to cut up yourself and the perfect mix for approx. 12–15 portions or 1.5 litres of vanilla ice cream. You make the ice cream yourself at home, spread it over the brownie and turn the two into an ice-cold treat for birthdays, family get-togethers or simply the next time you fancy a sweet treat.
Moist brownie with finely chopped walnuts
The base is a 20 x 18 cm brownie, which you can later cut into pieces however you like. Finely chopped walnuts have been added to the brownie, making it particularly moist. Whether you’re making small bites for lots of sweet-toothed guests or generous dessert portions: you decide how to portion the brownie.
How to make the ice cream
The ice cream mix contains 200 g Enchanted Cream powder and vanilla sugar. You’ll also need 350 g of cream and 150 g of milk at home. Combine all the ingredients and whip them into a firm cream. Then spread the finished cream evenly over the brownie. Next, pop everything into the freezer for four hours until the ice cream layer is completely frozen.
Let it thaw, cut and enjoy
Before serving, let the brownie with vanilla ice cream thaw slightly. You can then cut it into the desired number of pieces and enjoy straight away. In just a few simple steps, you can create a special dessert combining chocolatey brownie and creamy vanilla ice cream, which you can make yourself at home. Once thawed, the product should not be refrozen.
A DIY dessert for your sweet ideas
Want to take it a step further? Why not top the finished dessert with fruit, chocolate chips, sprinkles or your favourite sauce? This way, you can decorate the brownie with vanilla ice cream to suit the occasion and give it your very own sweet twist.
