Homemade ice cream without an ice cream maker? With our vanilla ice cream mix, you can whip up a creamy ice cream treat at home in no time at all. The set includes Enchanted Cream powder and vanilla sugar. Simply add cream and milk, whip everything together until thick and creamy, and the base for your homemade ice cream is ready. The mixture makes around 12–15 portions or 1.5 litres of ice cream, making it perfect for sharing with family and friends.
To make it, you’ll need 200 g Enchanted Cream powder, 350 g cream, 150 g milk and the vanilla sugar included in the set. Milk and cream are not included in the set and must be added fresh by you. Whisk all the ingredients together until you have a firm, smooth cream. You can then decide for yourself whether to enjoy your ice cream on its own or pair it with a sweet treat.
Simply spread the whipped cream evenly over the baked goods and place everything in the freezer for four hours. Allow to soften slightly before serving, then cut into pieces and enjoy. In just a few simple steps, you can create a delicious combination with creamy vanilla ice cream, which is ideal for birthdays, desserts or your next treat-time occasion.
